"Mini House 2.0." is the successor of "Mini House", a very modern premade house , sustainable and also portable, very similar to the classic guest house that is in the gardens of some mansions. The new version is designed by the Swedish architect Jason Wagell with his own team of designers.
As is usual in this type of construction, the materials chosen for its construction are the most respectful with the environment, starting with wood. The house comes equipped with everything necessary to live in it and allows its transport to be located in any possible place. From the outside, what stands out the most is the small wooden exterior porch that is ideal for enjoying nature.
The interior, of just 70 square meters, has been designed taking full advantage of its small surface, optimizing the space of all rooms, from the bedroom to the bathroom (a compact module), the kitchen, pantry and even sauna. It also has a kit of heating with chimney and another special one of solar energy with which the renewable electricity that the house needs for its operation is generated.
But, best of all, it is when it is disassembled into modules, allowing its rapid transfer to another place. The house is a real wonder.
