Designed Tony Owen Architects , "Kerr House" It is located very close to the beach of Tamarama, in New South Wales (Australia). A beautiful coastal area where it is common to find houses as magnificent as this one that we will see.
It has two heights and is surrounded by a lush garden with tropical airs. It is very bright and the predominance of white also contributes to this, which maximizes this attractiveness. The garden has a vital importance for the house; in fact it is like an extension of the same one, since the part of down, where is the dining room, is open to the enclosure.
Inside, a minimalist design in white and wood has been chosen, with open and communicated spaces. A modern design staircase leads to the upper floor, from which you can enjoy views of the sunny Australian beaches.
It has three bedrooms, a living room, a living room, dining room and kitchen, plus a laundry room and a study room. The rooms are separated from the common areas, thus preserving privacy.
Lighting is very important: the architecture of the house uses its resources to the maximum so that the light affects everywhere, especially thanks to the windows that surround the house. There are hardly any doors or walls of separation, so the house remains continuously full of light and pure air, making the site a unique place where they want to move immediately.
