With just a glance it is easy to realize all the history that treasures this unique apartment located in the Israeli city of Jaffa . It has about 100 square meters and was renovated following a project of Pitsou Kedem Architects .
The access door occupies a little less than half an arch. The rest is closed by an iron gate that reveals part of the interior of the house.
An original lamp marks the area of the hall that at the same time acts as a distributor to access the different parts of the apartment.
As we see the general tonic are the arches that we find in all the accesses to the different dependencies. It has been decorated with a minimalist and current style.
In all the pieces of the apartment we can enjoy the magnificent views of the Mediterranean because the construction in which the apartment is located is right on the shore.
The furniture is highlighted by a beautiful set of shapes and lines that combine perfectly with the arches and the wonderful vaulted ceiling.
A very special space where the curved line is the queen. An organic design that is inevitable due to the ancient architecture of construction.
The kitchen communicates with the dining room thanks to an arch and in it we can enjoy with a magnificent stone roof that has been restored to its original appearance.
As we see the kitchen occupies a central space under the stone vault and it can be reached by several accesses.
Although the apartment is not very large space has been found for a small study or work area embedded in the wall.
The room also has fantastic views of the sea. An exceptional place to wake up every day.
The bathroom is spartan but certainly not out of place in this almost monastic decoration.
